Form Entry by Paul

Hi,
During the course of researching my family history, I recently came across an Admiral Henry Harvey who was the commander-in-chief of one of my ancestors when he was a naval officer in the West Indies during the French Revolutionary Wars. Harvey is supposed to have been born in Eythorne or in Elmton.
Would you know where exactly? And would you have any details about the Harvey family?
